Michael Shadley has over 21 years of construction related project management experience. He brings a tremendous amount of hands-on experience to the TSCM team, and excels at everything from managing a multitude of construction staff members to coordinating design and construction activities. Mike has accumulated a wealth of project experience managing the construction of a new office complex with a budget of $60 million, a design build projects with budgets over one million, projects with Class 10,000 clean room facilities, and military projects. Through his careful and meticulous planning, Mike consistently meets project goals of time, quality, budget and safety. Mike has specific expertise in value engineering strategies, and has been responsible for managing competitive bid, negotiated and design/build projects. Mike’s communication skills enable him to work easily with Owners, Architects, Contractors and subcontractors alike.
