 Design Team Selection TS Construction Management provides design team and contractor selection services. Our process is structured around a shared project vision. We work with the team to set measurable goals and establish a workable timeline. Working closely with local architects and contractors, we have made solid relationships built on trust. Our partners share in the decision making process on each project. Clear lines of responsibility are determined at the beginning of the project and constant communication with each party is maintained through the duration of the project. Our approach in soliciting appropriate team members is through Requests for Proposals (RFP), competitive bid, qualifications and/or on a negotiated basis. Program Development |
