OHSU CAMPUS - PORTLAND, OR Conversion of existing 20,000 sf warehouse space into state of the art children's learning center. Extensive seismic retrofit and preservation of historic barrel vaulted ceiling. Project for Knowledge Learning Center.
DURHAM EDUCATION CENTER - BRIDGEPORT ELEMENTARY Provided general construction services on new vestibule, new front office/entrance, conjoining classrooms, and full seismic upgrade.
PORTLAND, OR Cost study and recommendations for repurpose of existing German American Society Historic building. TSCM performed a detailed cost analysis study on a bond program issue. Special attention we paid to land-use issues, escalation forecasting and current condition forecasting.
