PORTLAND, OR - AMERICAN ASSESTS TRUST Provided construction management for the development of 2 city blocks in downtown Portland. Elements include: high rise apartments, large ground level retail space, and full podium underground parking.
VANCOUVER, WA TSCM provided construction management services for this new multi-family housing development in the Uptown Village neighborhood of Vancouver, Washington. Project included market rate live/work condominiums, structured parking, low income apartment building and Central Plaza. Construction of the project began in January 2002 and completed in February 2003.
PORTLAND, OR TSCM provided General Contractor and Construction Management services for this complete renovation of existing apartment building. The project was completed in January 2009.
